The process of accreditation can feel daunting, but a structured approach helps manage the workload, streamline operations, and ultimately foster a higher standard of care. QAIHC’s Quality and Compliance Manager Melita Parker said her Accreditation Our Way Model was a practical framework that offered a seven-stage roadmap for ACCHOs, aligning with a three-pronged approach: Plan, Train, and Support.
